The conference management team is searching for industry thought leaders who can share new and innovative experiences and visions. Submissions are subject to approval by the Metering, Billing/CRM Europe 2010 Programme Committee.
• Have you recently planned, piloted, launched or completed a smart metering roll out? • Are you able to share new and innovative visions? • Are you able to present real time experiences? • Are you representing a utility or is there a utility involved in the project?
Than the programme committee invites you to submit an abstract.
Abstracts can be submitted for one of the following conference themes:

Guidelines:
- Speaking slots are 30 minutes in length: 5 minute introduction by the chairman, 20 minutes for the PowerPoint presentation and 5 minutes for questions from the audience
- Presentations can only be accepted if presented by a utility or together with a utility customer
- Sales and marketing presentations are not appropriate for this conference and will not be accepted
- Presentation of more than one paper by the same organisation during the conference is not possible

Review process:
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the programme committee on 23 & 24 March 2010.
- Deadline for submission is 19 March 2010.
- Applicants will be notified of their status by email.
- By submitting an abstract authors are agreeing to provide Metering, Billing/CRM Europe a copyright release and final publication of their presentation for publication in the conference proceedings.
Selection criteria: Abstracts will be reviewed and judged on the basis of the following criteria:
- Relevance to the conference theme and theme of the individual sessions
- Significance of the work/project to a broad audience
- Originality of work/project, including new concept, innovations or data
- The completeness of the work/project
